In 1985 IGW first
introduced in Germany the separated collection
of organic domestic waste across the whole of a city and planned a communally
operated composting facility for the utilisation of the biowaste. Many
facilities in Germany and
Europe followed this
new idea. In the meantime IGW has developed over 50 facilities and by various
forms of public relations work has informed over 5 million people about bio bins
and connected them to the system.
IGW’s engineers
are experienced in all facility and process techniques, whether on a small and
decentralised scale, open-sided with the simplest technology, or the most modern
facilities in enclosed and fully
automatic operation up to a throughput of 60,000 tons per year. According to the
clients requirements and site conditions we plan the utilisation of your organic
waste by composting or in a anerobic
digestion.
